After items are processed, shipping normally takes about 5-10 business days.

Our puzzles are made in Canada.

We are a small family-operated business, and thus we do not have the capacity to do custom puzzles unless you are interested in ordering at least 100 puzzles of the same image. Please email info@palmaris.ca for details and pricing. 

If you are an artist, museum or gallery interested in working with us to create a puzzle from your artwork, please email us at info@palmaris.ca. 

Yes, we can help with that! If you find a piece missing or broken for any reason when the puzzle has been assembled, then email us at info@palmaris.ca. Please include the message of the completed puzzle and the missing puzzle piece, so we know which piece is missing/broken. Please provide as much information as possible to help us understand which part of the jigsaw puzzle is missing.
The wooden jigsaw puzzles are cut individually, thus there may be a slight difference in the image, though the missing piece itself should match perfectly.

Our primary markets are Canada and the USA, however, we do ship internationally, though the shipping cost is pretty high. Once the puzzle is added to the cart and the delivery address is entered, the shipping options will appear.
