We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Unopened Item: The item must be in its original, unopened packaging with the protective plastic film intact. Once the plastic film is removed, we cannot accept a return.
  2. Original Condition: The item must be unused, with all original tags and packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.
  3. Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, please contact us at info@palmaris.ca. Returns should be shipped to the following address: 38 Yarrow Gates, Rocky View County, Alberta, Canada, T3Z 0C8. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your puzzle upon receipt. If there is a defect, damage, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve it.

Non-returnable Items We do not accept returns for:

  • Sale puzzles
  • Custom orders
  • Gift cards

Exchanges To ensure you receive what you need, please return your item if eligible, and place a new order once the return is approved.

European Union 14-day Cooling-Off Period If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may return it within 14 days for any reason. To qualify, the item must be unopened with the protective plastic film intact.

Refunds After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of approval status. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. If it takes more than 15 business days, please reach out to us at info@palmaris.ca.
