FAQs
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 5-10 business days, depending on your location. Please note that processing times may vary slightly based on order volume and customization requests.
What should I do if I have a missing or broken puzzle piece?
We’re happy to assist! If you discover a missing or broken piece after assembling your puzzle, please email us at info@palmaris.ca. Be sure to include a photo of the completed puzzle, along with details about the missing or broken piece. The more information you provide, the easier it is for us to identify and replace the piece. Since each wooden puzzle is individually cut, there may be slight variations, but the replacement piece will fit perfectly.

Once you add a puzzle to your cart and enter your delivery address, available shipping options and costs will be displayed. Where are your puzzles made?
All of our puzzles are proudly crafted in Alberta, Canada. Each puzzle is designed, printed, and laser-cut in our local workshop, ensuring high quality and attention to detail in every piece.
Are your puzzles printed directly on wood or do you use stickers?
Our puzzles are UV-printed directly onto high-quality wood, ensuring a premium finish that lasts. We do not use stickers, as they can peel over time. This method guarantees the best durability and quality for our puzzles.
Are your puzzles made of wood or MDF?
Our puzzles are crafted from 6mm (1/4") A-grade poplar plywood. We carefully select high-quality wood to ensure a smooth surface and deliver the best possible craftsmanship and durability for our puzzles.
